Conference Registration Instructions
Please read the instructions below carefully before processing your registration for SPEC
2024.
Registration Fees:
Full author registration includes access to all the conference sessions, tutorials, conference documentation, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, and the inclusion of presented papers in the conference proceedings.
Student/Life Member registration includes:
Access to all the conference sessions, tutorials, conference documentation and proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and conference dinner.
Note:
Full registration is needed for an accepted paper to be presented and included in the proceedings (Student/Life Member/One-day/Tutorial registration doesn’t count as full registration). Every full registration can accompany a maximum of one paper. Each additional paper requires a fee of $ 500 per paper, limited to a maximum of one additional paper. The page limit of the accepted paper is 6 pages. Up to 2 additional pages are allowed, each additional page incurs a fee of $ 150 per page and a full paper can have a maximum of 8 pages including the additional pages. During your registration, we will request your paper ID and additional paper ID (if necessary) and their titles. Also you need to provide details about extra items such as additional pages, additional dinner and additional welcome reception during the registration. Author registration payment must be made and the final PDF and eCopyright form must be uploaded, otherwise your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Registrants who make their payment by 6th October 2024, will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate. Please see the details in the below table for registration fees.
