Final Paper Submission
Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit regular papers of their work in English. The final papers must be submitted by 6th October 2024.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore on‐line digital library.
Paper formatting instructions
Please limit your paper to 6 full pages, including paper title, authors and affiliations, figures, and references. Up to 2 additional pages are allowed, however each additional page incurs a fee of $150 per page. A full paper can have a maximum of 8 pages including the additional pages.
Authors are requested to prepare the manuscripts using the IEEE two-column format, in PDF that has been verified by IEEE PDF eXpress. No other format in the submission and in the final version is accepted. The IEEE two-column format template can be downloaded from this link.
Please include one of the following IEEE Copyright notices, whichever applicable for you, at the bottom left corner of the first page.
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-5115-6/24/$31.00 ©2024 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3503-5115-6/24/$31.00 ©2024 European Union

Before Creating a PDF
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it is ready for final submission.
Creating your IEEE PDF eXpress Account
Visit https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ and you will see the following login page. Please use the conference ID 62217X, your email address and password to login. If you are a new user, please click “Create account” at the bottom of the login page to set up a new account. Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
If you click “Create account”, the following menu will appear.
Once you log into the IEEE PDF eXpress site, please follow the prompts to upload your word document for converting into IEEE Xplore compatible pdf file or checking the compatibility of your pdf file.
Please submit the IEEE Xplore compatible pdf file of your paper at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeespec2024
As part of the final paper submission process, you will be asked to completer the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) as well. Please complete this form with required information.
